1＃ Go ToHello. Don't know if i'm posting this is the right place, but i would like to know something.
Can one increase the evasion rate of a ninja? (of ninjas that actually have an evasion passive, like neji, suigetsu, itachi)
For example, in Itachi case. The passive says it's Nin type. So if i increase ninjutsu, would it increase my evasion rate?

curious i always assumed that defense would increase the evasion rate of taijutsu ba
sed abilities and resistance would increase the evasion of ninjutsu ba sed abilities, and for the nin+tai abilities it would be a 50-50 of both.
this line of thought is due to the fact that efense reduces taijutsu damage received and resistance reduces ninjutsu damage received.
Can someone confirm this? -

- i though unique thing that was involve was level (maybe was bp or def like you said but i though was level). For example hinata 10 lvl lower wont block nothing at all, but 10 lvls ahead gonna block 100%
But that could be correlated to the fact that higher levels, have higher stats. So don't know -
