It doesnt matter how you do it to be honest ther are always ppl who wont acceptd it for some it takes too long to get a pack and some always complain. Just let the Leader distribute based on his feelings about the member obv he shouldnt give the same ppl over and over packs but as far as i can tell there is a huge % of the ppl in GNW who dont rly do as much as other and i rather would focus on the core members who always come to gnw and rly improve everytime. You dont need to be the best dps or smt like this but a leader can tell if a person wants to improve and learn more. Idk how many particpate in your groups but on s1 our group its full fields and we are 95% f2p player but our ppl slowly improve take the advice we give them and i notice it and reward it with packs.
