I've tried clearing the cache and cookies on my browser and using the game doctor feature on the client but it still won't work on either

Ranking rewards are fixed. Friend list is still bugged for some players after maintenance. Please fix this soon we are missing a lot of commisions and friendship rewards from TI

Hello? This still isnt working for a lot of people.

Like I said I have cleared my cache in every way possible. I am not the only person still have issues. I know there are still people other than the ones in these screenshots who are having the same problem.
