Hello,

I'm sorry but this isn't bug. You can clearly see on your first screen that you need 80 fragments to recruit Yamato (3 stars version). On your second screen you need 100 Yamato fragments to upgrade his star level to 4 stars.

    Thou I am very curious why he had 168.... and even more why he even have a screenshot of it....
