hello i have problems keeping desconnecting when something loads especially arena when i find enemy

    bad internet provider might be the problem. Or maybe you are using wrong type of Internet Connection.
how shall i know if it's the IP problem .NOTE: everything works well like playing dota and openeing videos

  • If possible, attempt a hard line connection (ethernet etc), because wireless can be unreliable in a number of ways(positioning of router vs your device, router, your wireless chip etc)
    If the hard connection still have issue, it's either your modem or your ISP(internet service provider). You can probably get another modem easily enough to figure out which.
it's already line not wireless

ok i tried VPN and it worked perfectly , the problem now is to find fast free VPN cuz i was using limited data one
