Wait for the next Treasure rebate event because you have a lot more scrolls. I will advise though that you make sure to try *ways do the free pulls around the same time daily, because it will give stuff over time from just doing the free pulls.

so after tendo what treasures do we have? and at what level do they unlock? sorry if im asking this but this is the highest level i have been 51.

so i should wait for the treasure of lv60 or 70. if there are treasures for those levels.

lvl 70, u will unlock Sage Treasure where u can obtain Sage Naruto

Also, at lvl 70, u may get Kage Treasure when it gets updated

that is why i wrote that other information plus i will only spend 10 dls a month for monthly cards pack. when i said f2p i meant im not like some people who spend hundreds of dollars on this game. my max will be 10 dls a month.

so i should save them till lv70 and keep on upgrading my current team or improve my team with the ninjas i get for free without scroll right?

It's still not a f2p bro,f2p is people like me paying for only Gaara or not even that. I'm not judging or anything but,that's not f2p :D You could call it low VIP on bleach online,but i don't know what to say about it now :/
And about topic,we have Kage Treasures drawing closer,i would recommend on waiting them or getting Sage Naruto first. Tendo treasure is okay,but you can't choose which pain you'll get and besides their fragments will be on shops etc.

yep i will wait than and dont make the mistake people are making in my new server and group. using money and scrolls on tendo treasure. i prefer wait and get stronger characters and upgrade my current team.

I've been saving mine for the actual Kage Treasure.
I want to get the Mizukage :D
Basically newer Treasures will have better ninjas.
Kages > Sage Naruto > Pains
^ Somewhat like this lol though depending on how you make your teams...even Pains can beat on some Kages/Sage Naruto comps.

Pains will become even easier to obtain once "new" ninjas come out. Pains will appear in event even more often. There are supposed to be 1 or more Elite Instances with Pain so you can farm 1(at least).

all F2Ps and low spenders are better off saving for Kage Treasure at this moment. Especially lower level people. You don't want to get a few Pains then reach max level and fight full kage teams. You want to reach max lvl and have a chance against those people with your own Kages :D I'm trying to save up at least another 100 seal scrolls. Hopefully Kage Treasure waits another month at least or 2.

What I mean is that every time you pull from a treasure and don't get a rare or super rare your chances of getting like say Tendo or Saage Jiriaya goes up(both free pulls and normal pulls count toward this for each treasure). If you keep doing this and hit around 60 pulls the chances for a rare goes up, then around 400 pulls the chance of super rares hits it's peak. But I will worn you that it is not guaranteed that you will get a super rare at 400 pulls but the pull rate around 90% chance at that point.
