Just check the ninja's stat growth by checking the character/ninja details then select the highest growth you want to increase.

Example:
Below is Sasuke 5star stat growth, as you can see the highest growth attribute is Life followed by Ninjutsu. So you might want to increase either Life or Ninjutsu on Mood Status.

If you're aiming at Jugo's curse tag passive which is based on his resistance then I guess Its okay to increase his mood resistance even tho the stat you gain from this growth is low. you decide
