I'm not sure if what I have to say can be considered "absolute best" but I'll see what I can do...

I'm *fairly* sure that most people put their strongest team in the middle. As such, I personally believe that you should make a tanky team in the middle, and the others can be DPS, balanced, or interruption, or whatever you want.

I guess you could try my normal team for the top row or something : Lightning main - Gakido - GNW Kiba - Sasuke - Shark
(Gakido can be swapped with Tobi or UkonSakon if you prefer any of those two or need a more damage-oriented team, but I personally like Gakido because he adds an element of support to the team)
(since you don't have GNW Kiba I think regular Kiba might do fine, but the team will be a bit weaker)

The formation is pretty simple - put Kiba and main anywhere in the 2nd row, and the other 2 behind them.

For lightning main talents for that team: Sealing slash (to stop people from sniping at your backrow guys), assassination sword (though actually any standard is good), lai giri, ANBU assault tactics, lightning clone.

Now for a tanky team in the middle: maybe Gaara - Kabuto - Kimimaro - Sakura? I think 2 healers + 2 tanks should be enough...

For the last team...you could try an interruption team, like Guy-Suigetsu-Neji-Hinata or something like that...
