I use fire's two interrupts + Ino on my control team, and I just use the interrupt after a standard attack so it lasts into the next round, especially with healers. Otherwise, fire's mystery interrupt with Neji works well. For combos I'd use Neji over Ino because Ino has no chases except the chaos chase. But Ino/Kiba/Kabuto/fire's a really good stall team that does well in the arena.
