All the ninjas in the Kazekage treasure will also be in the Kage treasure, I believe.
So I'd save for that.

It depends.

Do you want Kazekage Gaara, Five Kage Summit Temari, or Killer B? If so, then this treasure will be your best bet in getting them. The chances that you'll get them will be severely decreased once the Kage Treasure comes out because of the number of rare ninjas in Kage Treasures.

However, do look up what ninja are in the Kage Treasures. If any of them are more important to you than the above 3, then I would advise against spending any seal scrolls.

If you don't particularly care about of the others, and you really want that, idk, Killer B, then go ahead and spend. But always do your research before spending your hard-earned seal scrolls/money.

if you wanted kazekage or killer bee more, you will have a 66% of getting them on kazekage treasure, the only down side to this is the normal ninja inside in, unlike kage treasures it obtains new ninjas and temari herself is a normal ninja not rare on kage treasure :)
