Thanks, this really helped me, since I have to decide which server to go because of the EU time. :)

S1 Naruto will be EST (Eastern Standard Time) which is UTC -5 and S2 Sasuke will be PST which is UTC-8 if I'm not mistaken.
China is UTC+8 which means if it's 12:00(July 19th) at you, it should be 23:00 (July 18th) on S1, and 20:00 (July 18th) on S2.
