Use Naruto 3star to flood the area with clones and pray to RNGjesus. Interrupt his water attack and he will do a normal slash. Alternatively use Sai to stack the field with beasts and then pray to RNGJesus. After that its a matter of gear and persistence

Ik some 13k power ppl who still haven't beaten this yet,however the one way to kill them is to bring guys that can deal alot of damage quickly who're also expendable like guy for example, note though you can't power your way through this exam, you need to get stronger (at least in terms of attack) to beat it since you can't survive his attacks no matter what you do.

For some reason i cant interrupt his attack , i have use neji,guy and water main immobilize once i see his skill icon but it doesnt stop his skill

Need 60 lvl for you ninjas. I try all taktics, no one works. Maximum i destroy 4k hp boss and take oneshote. 56 lvl team with 12k power.

I was finally able to beat exam 70 at level 61 with around 12 750 power.I main earth with talent (from the top to bottom)1-1-2-2-3 summon chase/attack knocked down.My team was Guy,Naruto and Kankuro all 3 stars.Equipement at level 60 on all and refining(it help to go before them)...Position:

This took me a few try to get it to work on auto,there alot of RNG in this one and you need to go all offensive on Gamabunta(immune to condition). I had only Guy alive for the win and needed to survive the water attack (RNG) if you spread your team you get chance to have someone avoid it.(it not a 100%)

I just beat it. LVL 59 Fire 13K power. What you need is chameleon in my opinion and I used

x-Guy-x
x-Naruto-Neji
x-Fire-x

Turn 1 use Neji's skill. Turn 2 use Guy's skill. Turn 3 use Naruto's skill. By now hopefully Jiraiya died. On turn 4 you should use Naruto's, Neji's, and your main's skill. I used dragon flame for fire.
Skill set was fire multiple hit, dragon flame, phoenix fire, blood limit, and clone

I Hey i cleared it today used tendo pain takes no dmg from gamas attacks yet my other ninjas died at round 9
