actually the ideal would be

Kiba - Jirobo - Akamaru
Tenten - Main - x
x - x - x

talents go with 3-1-?-2-3 and at 50 you will get tonton as a summon use it and never change it for 9 tails
the chase doesnt really matter because none will work as a earth main

later on replace kiba with guy, jirobo with yamato

you c*so use GNW tenten, iruka or wind balde asuma if you get them to replace wither kiba or normal tenten

i suggest kiba for his 10 hit combo chase. iruka, tenten and others also have similar chase

you should realize that kurama is immune to all chases except the * hit combo chase. and its also immune to low and high float, knockdown and repulse and all debuffs for that matter, so poison, ignition acupuncture and such are a waste.

the idea is to maximize the damage you do before you die, because you will die with the tailled beast bomb anyway, so do as much damage as possible before that.

and as you get stronger you will not die from other atacks other then the tailled beast bomb, and that is why guy and iruka are good, iruka gives shields and guy gives heal based on your damage.

also kurama receives extra damage from elemental damage so if a mystery uses water, fire, earth, wind or lighting damage it will increase the damage to double or even more.

yamato for example does even more damage to kurama because of his wood style

and i told you i would go with kiba for the 10 hit chase and because he also gets the buff from Jirobo, to maximize the damage

if you want to go with naruto its up to you.

you should be 60 by now so you should have enough life to survive the auto attack if you have the ninjas i mentioned with awakenings and cultivations maxed, and the items upgraded and with decent magatamas

but again its a matter of choice, if you prefer naruto, go with naruto, but at least get him 3 stars,you actually should get them all at least 3 stars

yes you should get ninjas to 3 stars (jirobo, kiba, tenten and main), at 3 stars they take more advantage from the stats they already have.

i never auto because i dont like to, but you can try and see if this happens, just make sure the barrier goes before anything else happens in that turn, to maximize the buff.

turn by turn play:
1- jirobo uses barrier, lasts 3 turns (20ck)
2- MC mystery (40ck)
3- kiba+tenten mystery (60ck)
4- Jirobo barrier + MC mystery (60ck)
5 - kiba+tenten mystery (60ck) and you die at the end of the turn

it should work even if you only manual for the barrier and go back to auto after it is in place

well jirobo and iruka for sure

then choose either Guy for +taijutsu damage and self heal, or tenten for +crit and 10 hit combo.

just make sure to place iruka last in formation to maximize the buff and have him with high resistance for better shields

the way Guy's heal work is that all your ninjas will heal based on the damage they do.

tenten would do more damage in theory, although GNW version is prefereble but if you take too much damage, you will make less damage because of MC passive that boosts all ninjas damage with 50%+ HP, not based on MC HP but in each ninja HP individualy. I dont have that problem because i only take damage to tailed beast bomb, so you really need to test it out and see who is better for you.

team placement i would go with

Iruka - x - Jirobo
Tenten/Guy - MC - x
x - x - x

Jirobo doesnt get shield from Iruka but he heals himself from damage done as well as getting guy healing passive if you use him. Replace him with Yamato ASAP for more damage and shields.

you could also go with kiba instead of tenten

10 hit chase and its earth same goes for deidara

its really up to personal preference, i only gave you a guideline, you can adjust to what you think works better.
