    because saying in future a better one will appear gonna happen everytime xD
Basically because you can only get 3 ninjas (featured) and they arent really worth it the (10 scrolls) unless you are a heavy spender / collector and there is gonna come treasures with the kages which are much more worth it

P.S Killer Bee is worth it but supposedly he will be given to you at lvl 100
