It's more than reasonable for them to do that. You could in theory just stack keys and cir*vent the purpose of the event to begin with. Eventually they'd make little money on it which means they would have to take it away and replace it with something else. Either way you'd lose your keys and be unhappy.

Probably means the events are subject to change as to what we get reward wise. I can't see a plausible reason to remove the information otherwise.

If you'd like to give me a plausible reason they would keep the information from coming out other than the staff not wanting to make promises they can't keep I'm all ears.

This might sound like an odd question, but if I spend ten scrolls am I guaranteed to get one of the three featured ninja or is there still a chance I won't? It doesn't mention a guaranteed on the summon like the rest, so I'm just considering my options before spending.

You get Bee at level 100 supposedly, so it makes sense they'd want you to get him first then keep spending.

They said they've listened and adjusted it. We'll see what happens but I'm remaining optimistic.

The new wheel is an improvement, but it's not nearly as good as you make it out to be. They still didn't fix the one frag of Sasori so nothing has changed in that regard. The addition of Itachi and extended spins, however, are a step in the right direction.
