  • Apparently if they confirmed it being random. And also, who even counts? There is no set scroll amount. Otherwise they lied/gave false information. If what I was told was wrong, then they don't know what they're doing, which I doubt. All ninjas have a random chance of being pulled.
quite a few count, since they get spend for them right when they get to the appropriate level. I saw Kaizer do exactly that on his youtube. He got hashirama at exactly 400.
