This is how i did it

Round 1 - nothing
Round 2 - interrupt hidan and sasori with neji and guy
Round 3 - use main on kakazu and hidan mystery and he will die
from there u should be able to win ur team will prob be alive and u will have interrupts and hidan to kill others.
