Description of the situation:
At the beginning of this morning, I had over 1900 in ingots on my account. I purchased 3 Level 5 ninjutsu magatamas at a discounted rate of 10%; for A total of 972 ingots. I don't recall the exact amount in ingots left but I should have over 900. I then went to the mysterious cave, I had saved up 68 keys and used 50 keys to do a 50 pull. After all that, both my ingots and keys were both reduced to 18. I should still have 900+ ingots. I did not make any other purchases. Please help!

I think my character got wipe or at least deleveling from 36-40 lvl or my progress went back to where it was on 4 lvl
last time online when i see my character without wipe 27/09/2016 after this day i could get into my account for long time
now im play again from the start on this character but i would like to get everything back
