The items you lost: Seal Scrolls. My Seal Scrolls used to be around 6 or 7 at that time. The 6 from the screenshot is what i've got from the thanksgiving and the compensation. Red Ninja Tools (all at least level 15 or higher). Runes on my Summon.
Description of the situation: I tried to login from the mini client with the saved USERNAME and PASSWORD that works well for me every time. At that time it displays Incorrect Username/Password although i didn't change anything. I tried to login from the browser but it didn't work as well. It displays "Wrong Information". I tried logging in from the browser many times and i tried clearing my cache and then refreshing but the problem stays the same. After quite a while, i retrieved it using the security question. It allowed me to change my password and I did change it. When i logged in, that's when I lost my items. My power used to be around 43k max but now i'm only at 33k.
