It only takes 23(2 of each +1) gold pulls to guarantee a triple whereas it takes 33 to get the full set on average(coupon collector's problem).
I'm going to spare you all the math, but I actually bothered to calculate it. You have a 28.2% chance of getting a 3rd of SOMETHING before you get your 6th unique gold summon (you said you have 5).
Thou still a minority, it is far from unlikely.

Also on the ptw vs ftp bit, the reason you see ftp get stuff on the world channel is because there are more ftps. Take seal scroll for example, each week each person can pull up to 10 free pull and 5-10 scroll pull. If there is 10 ftp to 1 serious ptw, that means the ptw would have to pull 150+ scrolls per week to be on be "broadcasted" more often.
At the same time, almost every "rare" item a ftp gets is useful, because they dont have many to start with whereas ptw will get repeats ALOT because you already have a lot (for example, the gold summons. I've only 3 after 3 months so it's less likely for me to get a repeat gold)

You complain about RNG based on completely subjective "feelings". Until such point where you collect large number data (and by that, I mean over 1k of some random acton AT LEAST), you have no case.
