Your group skills will be intact, but they'll only be effective when you rejoin a group, and said group has the skill mastery upgraded equal or higher than you had invested.
That means the skills will be non-available for the time you have no group, and have their effective level capped at the new group's skill mastery while actual level will remain intacted.

Yes you could still retain your Group Skills but ur new group need have the same or higher lvl of ur last group.
