SO I have the wind chick as my main, but I also have Gaara, and I REALLY want to use Gaara, I will list the ninja's I have so someone can help me come up with the best line up. lol
Naruto 3stars, Sauske 3stars, Kakashi 4 stars, Zabuza 4 stars, Neji 3 stars, Haku 3 stars, Hinata 3 stars, Kankuro 3 stars, Kankuro Ninja war 2 star, Kurenai 3 star, Shino nina war 2 star, Shino 3 star, Shikamaru 2 star, Temari 2 star, Shizune 3 star, Anko 2 star, Kiba 3 star, Lee 3star, Choki 2 star, Tenten 3 star, Asuma 3 star, Guy 3 star, Ino 2 star, Kidomaru 2 star, Sai 2 star, and Kimimaro 2 star.

I really want the best overall team lineup I can get for overall game. If it's one of the lower stars, I have no problem grinding to get higher stars. Please help me T_T

Giant Rasengan OR Hurricane Jutsu
Wind Style - Gale Fan OR Gust Dance
Shoot-down Rasengan or Vac* Blast Barrage
Wind Enhancement OR Flower Guard
Clones or Queen
Illusion Crow or probably some other summons

This is a wind-based blitz team that does quite well against Lightning. The skills I prefer are bolded, but you could go either way.

You c*so replace Temari with Tsunade in the future, when you get her from Elite Instance, for sustainability.

As suggested, you could go for the blitz team here which is rather good. I, personally run the usual Empress Build, but I see that you don't have Karin yet. And you want to use Gaara.

Honestly it's been so long since I've used this lineup

I would say run all clone passives and do the formation below, GNW Kankuro's puppet is protected this way. if the stars align, the position of an opponent's Fire Main or SNaruto will hit Gaara or one of the clones, and not your main. Uh
