Hello after days of struggling to beat it. I completed at 28k power at level 77. Here are the step by step guide to completing it.

You will need the following Ninjas to completing it. Make sure they are fully cultivating Ningendo
InoGNW Kankuro
Summon: Dog of Hell *Regular Dog would work here as well

Note* Be prepare to reset. If on Turn 1, Kankuro gets blinded always reset. If on Turn 1, Ino cannot interrupt 1st hokage. Reset and get her Iniative upOn Turn 2, If Earth Main dies and uses his reincarnation. Reset. You want to make sure he makes it through Turn 2 without using his revive.

Turn 1. Cast Mind Destruction Jutsu on 1st Hokage Turn 2. Cast Secret Black Move – Three Great Tragedies on 4th Hokage Turn 3. Cast Earth Style – Super Stone Fist Jutsu on 2nd Hokage and Cast Mind Destruction on 4th Hokage Turn 4. Cast Secret Black Move – Three Great Tragedies on 3rd Hokage and Cast Soul Swallow on 1st Hokage Note* By this turn 4th Hokage should be dead or on Turn 5 Turn 5. Cast any abilities available on 2nd Hokage and any other available ability on 1st or 3rd. Turn 6. Second Hokage and/or Third Hokage should be dead at this point.
