1＃ Go ToI'm kind of confused...
I read in the strategy & tips of Strong Approaching that we should use a ninja that can cancel but
who are the ninjas that have/can cancel or how do I know a ninja can do it?
Somebody told me that one of them is Neji, but I'm confused because I don't see any info on his skills that says he can cancel > -

Go into your ''Ninja'' menu, then choose middle ''Train'' option at the top. In there one of the drop down tabs is called ''Create Status''. From it you can filter ninjas that do Stun, Chaos, Acupuncture all of which cancel enemy skills. Also Ninjas that do interrupt like Guy and Neji can cancel skills.
TL;DR Ninjas that do Chaos, Immobilize, Acupuncture and Interrupt can cancel skills. -

Sleep could too, which is often suggested for the Hidan version of SA. -
