I'm kind of confused...
I read in the strategy & tips of Strong Approaching that we should use a ninja that can cancel but
who are the ninjas that have/can cancel or how do I know a ninja can do it?
Somebody told me that one of them is Neji, but I'm confused because I don't see any info on his skills that says he can cancel >
