GNW Neji can acupuncture Tobi in round 1.
You should also run Tobi in move 1, because Ao may fail to hit Tobi, but Neji always hits Tobi.Tobi c*so hit Tobi, so if you can control the first move, you can defeat his Tobi faster.
They can spend both controls to block your move 1 tobi, but you also block their move 1.
So it comes down to move 2.
If you also run fire main, you can immobile their move 2 also, then you can have highest move initiator in round 2.
Also, try to find the opportune moment to activate all of these : wait for genjutsu mirror proc, wait for ninja standard attack before using immobile, wait for fire to use debuff removal if they are not running clone....

- Acupuncture only really works if you are fire yourself or water that applied poison first otherwise all youwill achieve is acupuncture your own sage naruto. If you run at least one debuff ninja or can combo into a debuff , you can wait for the mirror to proc then use acupuncture, is that not obvious ?
Tobi has ignite normal, fire has sleep, water has combo into immobile, some have other combos...
But if you want to beat the Fire meta, you kinda have to be Fire me ta... -

Sorry but if the enemy know how to use his CC skills you're dead. even if you use Gakido, The only way to counter it is playing lightning and using his talent root of warrior and a team like sasuke / kimimaro.. etc..
Other way is using neji or gnw neji in 1ª position, you can accupuncture sage naruto or tobi in round 1.. but is better in round 2, unless you're using scarlet B, as main too with mirror talent... also you will need more initiative than the other enemy. at least in neji.
Using paralyze at least 1 ninja that can paralyze like sasori / lightning main / play sas.. are the best options.
If you use GNW Neji and Fire main, surely you can control at least one ninja into round 2...
Never use Neji in move 1, that's just predicting that you always have higher refines....Do you have max refines ? Or do you expect to NEVER WIN against someone who has higher refines than you....
Always try to control into round 2, so you can have the first move, potentially killing 1 ninja so their combo is broken. -
