I would assume that Guy's tortoise would not come cheap. Considering it hits 6 bodies, as compared to King of Hell, which hits only 3 (but debuffs with poison).
Considering the past events for certain premium ninjas (*cough* Tobirama *cough* Hiruzen), we can prolly expect it to be in the more than 10k ingots area.

As for Ao, Tobi, Sage Naruto, SB... what main are you running?
I believe in this current meta, you may find decent counters in all mains, provided your power levels and refinement aren't too far apart.
SB vs SB is the easiest choice, see who can seal off who faster and Tobi cannot evade his mystery (ie. using your Tobi against his). With reflect you'll have to attack first so that the debuff will reflect back to the enemy. If you use Ao, you can acupuncture S Naruto first and take out Tobi in round 2 (I'm guessing Ao and SB would have used their mysteries).
CF vs SB is also viable, with your main being the immovable tank. Tobi in pos#2, with Kabuto for healing debuffs and clones. This will offer more survivability if his dmg doesn't outstrip you completely.
AF can go for an immortal (or semi) team, consisting of 1-2 or up to 3 healers. You'd do very little damage, but poison stacks up to 5lvls and immobile works wonders.
