Sorry but if the enemy know how to use his CC skills you're dead. even if you use Gakido, The only way to counter it is playing lightning and using his talent root of warrior and a team like sasuke / kimimaro.. etc..

Other way is using neji or gnw neji in 1ª position, you can accupuncture sage naruto or tobi in round 1.. but is better in round 2, unless you're using scarlet B, as main too with mirror talent... also you will need more initiative than the other enemy. at least in neji.
Using paralyze at least 1 ninja that can paralyze like sasori / lightning main / play sas.. are the best options.
