I kinda feel those are more as a "new player gift" sort of thing, you got any evidence to the contrary?

It's not, it goes higher in CN and others that came before NA so I wanted to know when it will be updated for us.

The power rewards will raise but I just wanted to know when, not rushing it. Also I don't know about the lvl rewards really I mainly went to CN to see power,builds, and the monthly character they was getting. But, I c*ways check.
