1＃ Go ToI was hoping for an answer last time these tools came out, but no one knew back then. So, I'll answer it myself this time.
Team instance at level 81, drops this blade. It also drops a better mask than the one being sold here. So, if anyone is thinking about buying this, know this fact and then proceed. Although, as you know drops are pure rng, so ultimately its your choice. If you can wait till they drop, very well. If you can't wait or don't have faith on your rng luck, go ahead and buy as you need. No ninja tool is a bad deal (that is until you get the same thing or a better one :lol)
Here's the mask you can get from TI at lvl 81 :
*Note* - Additional stats will be random.

- Well the blade that drops in 81 has +65 Life and +50 Attack comapred to the Shichiseikens +60 attack and +55 Defense.. so whatever Stats attract you more..
The one you are talking about, here :
This one is from 'weapon' category. While shichiseiken is from 'blade' category that unlocks at lvl 60. And the blade, has same fixed stat whether you buy it from limited pack or get it from TI for free.
These names can be confusing at times. Remember the 'White snake Necklace' tool in benefit hall? It's actually for 'Ring' category.:sleepy:
