One problem that I see is that acupuncture is the first debuff and a lot of people are running fire main with mirror return, now that Ningendo is easier to get more people will be running mirror return than ever.
On my server a lot of people are running fire main with curse seal, GNW Neji and Hinata with paralysis from Sasuke and Tenten, which this build is very vulnerable to debuffs because it can't interupt their combo and it doesn't apply many debuffs and when it does, it'll be returned to you potentially taking out one of your key players.

It's a decent one shot team, if it were still a one shot meta on your server, but something such as GNW Shino, GNW Kankuro, GNW Tenten and fire main would be superior because it controls the fight.

Exactly this. GNW Kankuro is great for countering it. Also using a fire main is good for countering it, as if you're the first one to use a status in fire vs fire, they'll reflect your debuff then you'll reflect it back at them so something like the curse seal mystery will give immobile to one random ninja and seal to another.

Another problem with Ningendo is that he is squishy.
