I believe that tool is in the 80 team instance. I don't have a screenshot since if it's the one I'm thinking of, it's the only one I haven't gotten. The name sounds familiar though.

Lvl 81 team instance also has Necklace, Sword, Kunai, Mask, and Ring for red ninja tools. As well as purple book.

also there is a Gold Book (Make-out Paradise) in TI 81, however it's quite rare...

Besides the Reds/Golds, for just new items there's purple Gourd of Sand (Has worse stats than TI 70 Gourd?) and a Katari blade that I've seen on occasion.

I'm a bit confused about the color mentioned of these tools:

Let me start from an example: The gourd we got from 70 TI, aburam's gourd , its purple, right?

Then last event mystery fruit we got Planetory devastation, Its of gold tier, right?
We also got a mask from 70 Ti, its of purple tier. And the mask being sold in limited pack now, its gold tier right?
Then, the mask we got from 81 TI, it has to be red tier since it has better stats, right?
Then, what about the other drops from 81 TI? are they gold or red?

Planetary Devastation = Gold
Mysterious Mask - Gold
Shichiseiken = Red
Aburame's Gourd = Purple
Reincarnation Mask & Ring = Red
Futo Nigimitama = Red
Tailed Beast Shruiken = Red
and so on.

I usually just call them based on their background colours, and their base stats. I think the only reason why red-background items don't have red names is because it will be hard to read the red text on the blue bg in the ninja tool panel. I notice that red-background tools also are more likely to drop with a good amount of bonus stats than gold ones are.


However, sometimes the base stats of the items of the same colour can differ oddly. For example, Gourd of Sand that drops in 81 (and, as rumour suggests, can very rarely drop in TI 40?) vs Aburame's Gourd that drops in 70, I have not seen this too much with red & gold items.

The rarity goes by name not by back ground colour mate dont confuse people please.
Here is the picture .
There is a new purple gourd book ring and either blue or purple dagger/shuriken in the team 81 instance most of the items are gold / yellow / rarity.The lower rarity dagger/shuriken thing seem to be pretty rare compared to golds. ITs not unusuall to sometimes see 2-3 gold items at once. I once had 2 gold ropes and a blade in 1. The drop rates are pretty good so every day youll prob get at least 1 gold if you do all 4 tries if you know how to pick them.

P.S: the mask thats on sale now is just a different golden mask and the blade is slightly different but effectively they are pretty much the same power wise as the ones you can get in lv 81 instance but obviously peeople with little patience and or lots of money might wanna buy those early while they are still lower level and cant do team instance 81

I'm 5% off level 81. I just wanted to know if it drops so i don't have to spend towards something that's going to drop on the team instance.

Am I correct in understanding if you get everything from 81 TI you will have:
1 empty slot (scroll)
2 purple (or whatever color you wanna call it, which have a max lv cap of 12, in gourd and book)
7 gold (or whatever color you wanna call it, which have a max lv cap of 18, in other slots)

sell that in event and u can get it free in 8x TI lol greedy af ;P
