  • The eight gates move? I don't want to have to move them around over and over. I locked them into place for a specific ninja, not for that slot.
They don't move, they are per position rather then per nina. The top one is for your move 1 guy, the bottom one is for your move 4 guy. So when you move Iruka to move 1, he starts using the very top set then Hashi starts using second and etc. That's why power changes.
