Thats not true at all, what examples do you have anyway? The most succesfull games offer shortcuts for people with less time or offer exclusive items that are usually not stronger then others. Games like Hearthstone or League of Legends are examples of very successful games.
Games that are pay to win very often die out very fast, think of games like Aion or the Bleach online mmorpg.
Pay to Win only works when it's not a competitve game but in Naruto Online almost everything is pvp. And the most expensive ninjas also tend to be very overpowered, like sage naruto. But im mostly fine with buying seals, it is possible to grind for most of the ninja's as a F2P. Medals that give exp boosts are probably the most broken P2W aspect of Naruto Online together with the super rare ninjas.
The problem with p2w is that in time the bigger fish will eat up all the smaller ones and thats when your game dies. I understand Oasgames does not want to make changes because it will upset their long time pay to play players but they really need to start thinking about making different kind of servers with different rules.
P2W *s because even the people who do pay money will end up losing to players who spend more then them. Have more trust in your game oas, it's good and you'll always make money if there are people who like playing your stuff.
