However in the event summon rebates its counted ive did 30 summons. Can you please help me for the 10 summon scroll losses? Server 152. Thank you. Reply

If the scroll was used and it counted for the event, then chances are the pull was complete on the server side and you got what you should have got. The request time out is probably a failure that happened when the server attempted to send you the result. So even thou you didn't see what you got, you got them.

That said, they can probably pull up some record and tell you what you have gotten, but the overall result is that you don't have any "losses"

I don't see any loss here.

Server been buggy yesterday after Maintenance.
In case of the seal usage is counted but no items were given than i am in a huge loss.

anyway there is no problem to the mods they said they will inform me of what i gained through that pull.
Just to confirm that i really obtain those items.

You received : 50 00 coins, 2650 summon points, level 2 ice style rune, level 1 corrosion style rune, level 2 vapor style rune, level 1 explosive style rune, level 2 scorch style rune, level 1 ice style rune, level 3 corrosion style rune, level 3 inferno style rune and few more runes. Sadly, no summons.
