If the scroll was used and it counted for the event, then chances are the pull was complete on the server side and you got what you should have got. The request time out is probably a failure that happened when the server attempted to send you the result. So even thou you didn't see what you got, you got them.

That said, they can probably pull up some record and tell you what you have gotten, but the overall result is that you don't have any "losses"
