I have a question since one of the events doesn't seem to be explained fully. In the Lucky Star Wheel, you say there will be free spins daily, but are there no ways to obtain or earn free spins? For example, if we look at the Colorful Balloon event, we all can obtain Shurikens by doing Daily Missions/Instances ontop of the 10 free ones we get daily. Is it just one free and it's done and have to purchase spins or you can earn upto a certain amount?
