Level 55 Ninja Exam: Lineup tip for defeating Tsunade

I used the following team to clear (level 49 at the time):

number = position, following this format:
7 = 4 = 1
8 = 5 = 2
9 = 6 = 3

* Neji (2*) - Most crucial part of this fight because of his interrupt. On position 1 he dies to 2nd stage in the first attack and in position 3 he acts after tsunade, so the interrupt does not go off in time (although not as crucial, she might be able to kill in one combo).
* Hinata (3*) - My tank of choice, her block is nice to prevent one shots from Tsunade. I use Sasuke (3*) on this team so the boost to damage from Kirin is great.
* Wind main (2*) - Running Dance of impetus, Shadow clone, Vacuum blast barrage and wind dance. The damage boost to Sasuke is nice, and overall adds quite a bit of damage to the mix. I use shadow clone since the enemy on the 2nd part focuses on whoever is in position 1, in this case a shadow clone.
* Sasuke (3*) - Has a great damage output, Kirin is amazing as it also boosts Hinata's damage.

So overall you want to use Neji's mystery as soon as the fight begins, it will be up in time to interrupt Tsunade's heal. Use Hinata's mystery on the 2nd turn to prevent damage and you should be good to go.
Once the 2nd part starts, make sure you use Neji's mystery to interrupt the enemy's mystery, if it's on cooldown just use Dance of Impetus. From this point on the fight is easy, use Neji's mystery as soon as it comes out, locking the enemy to attacking a singe clone each turn. To maximize damage, make sure you use Kirin's damage component after both Hinata and Sasuke attacked.

Wind main is not required and this strategy will work with all other main types. Just play it out smart and you're good to go.
