For those askin for Minato keep in mind theres the Hokage version and Jounin version, the Jounin is by far to me the better of the two. The Hokage version is currently available in Germany as a consumption/recharge award, for 20k Ingots. The version available is the Hokage version, he has no chases much like the 3rd Hokage Hiruzen.
