  • The deadline is 1:59:59 7/31/2016.
    That means you were level 39 by the time the event reached it's deadline, therefore you cannot claim the level 40 reward, since event is already over.
Hello.

As mentioned before, the deadline of the New Server Event (such as Level up event, Group event etc ..) is the player's local time, not server time.
