Scroll system is random, but the higher exam you p@ss, the more your chance to obtain scroll that you need.

As example - when i stuck on 90 - i recieved 1-2 sage scrolls per week, but when i p@ssed 99(not100 exam with guarantee scroll, just 99) i start to get 1-2 scrolls per 2-3 days.
