How does the system work to get the Kage Scroll? Is it really random? I'm so frustated. Even when I passed the exam untill 80, it's still hard for me to find the kage scroll. I got tons of Chunin. I got tons of Genin. I got tons of Jonin. But zero of Kage. So frustated because almost other players which have the same level with me, their ep*ent already upgraded to kage ( All of them and I'm in level 67 but still have ALL JONIN+1 EQUIPMENT ). I have the other requirements but not with Kage Scroll. So Frustated. I just wish that Kage Scroll not just can be found in exam but also trade with other players ( my friend has tons of it but he always end up sell it )
