With this having Tobi, youll have a high damage of up to 5 combo with a chase initiator Kankuro GNW.

Steps:

Round 1: Use Hinata's mystery. She must block all or most of the hits. Kankuro will initiate a chase on Hashirama acupuncturing him on the process. No one must die.

Round 2: Use Kankuro GNW's mystery to Minato. Chase will acupuncture him too. Most attacks should atleast be on the Puppet and Clone(Atleast there is a remaining health of main's clone). Enma should be dead, Hashirama and Minato heavily damaged. If tobi dies, repeat. No one must die.

Round 3: Use Main's Mystery at Tobirama. Acupuncturing him on the process. Standard attacks making the damage, atleast with this making Hashirama, Minato/Tobirama close to death. Tobi is probably dead, high chance of winning if not. Hinata must not die.

Round 4: 2 enemies must've died. Use Hinata's Mystery. Kankuro releases his puppet. Kankuro GNW initiates a chase acupuncturing Hashirama again. Atleast dead Hashirama at the end of this round.

Round 5: Use all remaining resources to kill Sarutobi.
