Hello,

thank you for reporting your problem to us. In order to find where is the problem, I need "hylogfile" from you.

How to save the file : Directly type "hylogfile" on your keyboard. No chatbox is required. A file will pop up, save it and send it to this email with your Character name, Server ID and UID please - daiskenarutoonline@gmail.com

So next time when you meet this problem, please save this file for me. Thank you so much !

I switched to the Mini-Client, and since the file name was the same, I saved it, hoping that the data is not tied to the application in which the game runs. (I couldn't interpret the contents, so that didn't answer this question.) I sent it to you in case it's still useful.
