Actually starts don't matter in terms of stats, just in terms of skills. In Arena 2 star Hinata has exact same stats as 5 star one.

The biggest advantage is having lvl 55 for third passive and access to summons, the only way to fix it is level lock Arena so it only unlocks after 55.
