Standard: Hurrican Jutsu
Attacks the front enemy and cause Wind attribute ninjutsu damage.
Passive: *ysis
Before the first action each round, lower the defense and resistance of the enemy unit with the lowest life percentage.
Passive: Power of Wind
Increase the Ninjutsu of each ninja with Wind attribute from your team by 12%
Chase: Combo Blade of Wind
Chase and attack the High Floated enemy and cause Taijutsu attack and Ninjutsu Wind attribute damage and Repulse.


My thoughts:
If you are a poor Wind main and don't have Gaara 3* Bake is the next replacement as a buffer. His damage is elemental so he's great for Tailed Beast, outside of that haven't really tried him but he doesn't look like much to me.
