Standard: Taijutsu Attack
Attacks the front enemy and has a chance of a Triple Combo and Low Float.
Chase: Water Style - Black Dragon Palm
Chase and attack the Knocked Down enemy and cause Repulse and Acupuncture.
Passive: Water Style - Multi Water Clone
At the beggining of a combat, generate 2 Fire resistance Water clones based on his original attributes. 20 chakra points will be recovered when the clones disappear.
Passive: Defender of the Hidden Mist
At the beggining of a combat, increase the shield of up to 6 ninja bodies with Fire or Water attributes in your team based on your own 40% resistance.


My thoughts:
Basically, GNW Neji only not as tanky. What he lacks in tankiness he makes up in utility tho. I got him recently and I'll probably use him if i decide to make a team without Hinata.
