Well you say you want to not be meta, so it's kind hard to say. Things are meta for a reason because they are usually the stronger thing at this time.

For your current team Ukon Sakon is the weak link for sure, he is below average ninja in general, and he has same chase as Tobi or GNW Kankuro who are much stronger.
