You can register before just Wednesday, you can register Monday and Tuesday as well, it's your own fault for not getting in.

Wow, I told you there was a problem in our server last Wednesday. It was down and we waited like 3-4 hours for them to fix it. We registered but we couldn't participate. Have you put in a customer support one as well as one in the forums? They will probably sooner or later get the items to you.

They were able to register, they weren't able to participate because the servers were down, it's not their fault.

No, it was closed for 3 hours when they couldn't get into the GNW, so they weren't able to participate. They were registered, but were unable to participate.
