My anecdotal experience tells me otherwise, but RNG has always hated me as well.

And what does RNG has to do with this problem ?

Because crit is always RNG, it just feels like the buffs arent stacking with the visual indicating that as well

My personal opinion is that it is only visual bug, it actually does buff your damage. But of course we need to test it.

Once I get new info about this problem, I will let you know guys.
